Payments
Payment is due at the time of service. Checks and cash are accepted--unfortunately credit and debit cards cannot accepted at this time.
For those with insurance, co-payments or the estimated coinsurance are due at the time of service; the remaining amount will be billed to the insurance company. If the insurance company denies the claim, the client will be responsible for the remaining amount due.
Insurance
I am happy to work with you to bill your insurance company for my services. I am on the panels/a preferred provider for the insurance companies listed below. Please note that if I am not a preferred provider for your insurance plan, my services may still be covered, but possibly to a lesser extent. If you have any questions or concerns about whether my services are covered by your plan, you can contact your insurance company directly or call me for additional information.
